Catherine Street Medical Centre is a busy, well-established, fully computerised GP training practice located in the city centre, seeking a Practice Nurse or Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team.
Our practice includes six doctors and three nurses, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.
Job Type: Part-time (3–4 days per week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality nursing care in a general practice setting
- Chronic disease management and health promotion
- Wound care, vaccinations, and routine nursing procedures
- Supporting GP clinics and patient care initiatives
- Maintaining accurate clinical records using a computerised system
Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse or Advanced Nurse Practitioner
- Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
- Previous general practice experience desirable but not essential
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
